Miami-Dade County League of Cities
About the Miami-Dade County League of Cities
| The Miami-Dade County League of Cities was formed in 1953 for
the purpose of assisting its members in cultivating and maintaining the most
proficient ways of administrating government for the general welfare of the
inhabitants and residents of the area . |
Our Mission
| Through publication and circulation of information and
technical knowledge, the conducting of conferences and meetings, with the
interchange of ideas for problem solving, assistance in securing beneficial
legislation and opposing injurious legislation, the League fulfills it goals.
Members include municipalities, the Miami-Dade County School
Board and Miami-Dade County. The League also solicits nonvoting Associate
Members who may participate in League activities and receive monthly
communications.
